temporarily disable testCFSv2_resamp.sh and testCFSv2_transient.sh

If no immediate solution to #9 (closed) is found, try merging this and we'll revisit it after the holidays. No guarantees though that these are the only 2 failing test*.sh, continue disabling as necessary I guess, or disable the builder if it is only a single one...?
