Add coherenceFromSFTs.py and changes to fscanDriver.py and multiFscanGenerator.tcl to add the option to include the coherence between two channels using SFTs and display the coherence on the Fscan web pages. After some debugging, the code has been succeeding, with output here, https://ldas-jobs.ligo-wa.caltech.edu/~pulsar/fscan/H1/daily/H1Fscan_coherence/fscanNavigation.html, since Oct 5.
