lalapps_knope: set time range of data to use in parameter estimation
This patch allows the user of the lalapps_knope known pulsar pipeline to set a time range on the data that is used when doing parameter estimation. This is useful, for example, if analysing a pulsar that has glitched and wanting to restrict the data to that before or after the glitch occurred. It means that you don't have to modify and have another cut-down copy of the data file being used.
