Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 23 April 2024 starting at approximately 9am PDT. It is expected to take around twenty minutes and there will be several periods of downtime throughout the maintenance. Please address any comments, concerns, or questions to the helpdesk.

@adam-mercer : Some quick updates to the contributing guide and package-level README.

The service desk e-mail was only listed at package level, not in the main CONTRIBUTING.md
There's actually a new address for that which should work with more providers (apparently the '/' in the old one caused probolems); thanks to @thomas.downes for pointing this out. Also updated at the package-level.

(I have no idea what "1438" means in the address... probably just an internal project counter.)
