Fix bayeswave PSD file name in LALinference pipe
The BayesWave code now puts the IFO name in its output filename, so lalinference pipe needs to be updated with the new path.
Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 23 April 2024 starting at approximately 9am PDT.
