Known pulsar search automation script fixes
The knope_automation_script.py script, that sets up an automated run of a known pulsar search, has been slightly changed to allow the user to specify a kerberos certificate (for authentication on the segment database) and a conda environment. The MR also includes some minor Python 3 related fixes, including in knope_utils.py.
