Modifies testMFDv5.sh to test using aPlus and aCross in a config file, as fixed by !909 (merged)

Review Status

I have checked that, with these modifications, testMFDv5.sh fails without the fix in !909 (merged), and passes with it applied - so the test will catch bugs of this nature
