Add options to customize additional RA/DEC markers
In the pulsar timing array (PTA) community, some users want to
a) plot pulsar locations over the top of the skymap, b) customize the symbol, colour, edge colour and size of the marker.
Do the package maintainers want to consider integrating these changes back in?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
