Add distance_maxl as input to ligo_skymap_from_samples

LALInference has the functionality to run with a Likelihood function that marginalizes over the distance parameter (largely mirroring what's done in Bayestar). This MR enables those maximumLikelihood values for the distance parameter (which is output from this likelihood function) to also be used inside 3D-skymaps.
