Rename find_injection_moc to crossmatch

Leo P. Singer requested to merge leo-singer/ligo.skymap:rename-find-injection-to-crossmatch into master

It's useful for both injection-finding and galaxy catalog crossmatching. The latter is probably a more commonplace application. Rename the function to make this clear.
