Allow high frequency cut-off to simulate early warning events
Note that I have tested it with 3 injections for different ending frequencies and compared to the skymaps generated from the gstlal results: https://ldas-jobs.ligo.caltech.edu/~surabhi.sachdev/projects/ew/skymap/realize-coincs-patch/ The directories here are the high-frequency cut-offs.
