Draft: WIP: pin astropy to 6.0.0
The ligo.skymap.plot tests started failing on macOS arm64 recently. Check to see if this was due to the recent release of astropy 6.0.0.
Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 30 April 2024 starting at approximately 9am PDT.
