WIP: PE EM-Bright

This merge request does two things:

  1. It introduced a new function in em_bright.py, (source_classification_pe) that allows computation of the EM-Bright probabilities for posterior samples.

  2. It introduces the functionality to use a LALsuite EoS for computation of disk mass. This is primarily to be used for the PE based EM-Bright computation.
