Fix typo in conda installation docs

Aditya Vijaykumar requested to merge aditya.vijaykumar/parallel_bilby:docfix into master

conda install parallel_bilby does not work, but conda install parallel-bilby (source) does. However, the former is erroneously mentioned on the docs. This MR fixes the issue.
