Extract matched filter SNRs from bilby results.

@charlie.hoy, as far as I can tell matched filter SNRs aren't being plotted for bilby results. I think this is because anything complex is thrown away at this line, https://git.ligo.org/lscsoft/pesummary/blob/master/pesummary/gw/file/formats/bilby.py#L195.
