Allowing for all "non-standard" parameters to be passed and plotted

The purpose of this MR is to allow for all parameters in the result file to be plotted, not just those that have a standard name. This should close #159 (closed) and partly solve issue #149 (closed) (although we still need to add the conversions to derive the final spin and mass posteriors if they are not already included in the result file).
