Pass custom psd command line arguments

The purpose of this MR is to add the method for solving issue #168 and is specific for PSD and calibration arguments. This can be expanded to other parameters in a future MR. You are still able to use the --psd and --calibration command line arguments but you are also able to further specify label specific psds with --{label}_psd and label specific calibration envelopes with --{label]_calibration.
