Add inverted_mass_ratio as a plotted parameter

Carl-Johan Haster requested to merge cjhaster/pesummary:add_q_inv into master

It'd be nice to plot the inverted mass ratio (ie 1/q = m_1/m_2 for m_1 > m_2). This MR covers this (I think), but if I've forgotten anything please let me know 🙂
