Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 24 September 2024 starting at approximately 9am PDT. The purpose of this MR is to add a new executable which compares two result files. This can be either two PESummary metafiles or simple two dat files. This fixes issue #191 (closed).
