Allow for bounded_2d_kde in triangle plot
The purpose of this MR is to add a corner module which allows for the user to specify the kde they wish to use for the 2d contour in the triangle and reverse_triangle plots.
Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 9 July 2024 starting at approximately 9:30am PDT.
