Wrap the parameters property in the Parameters class
The purpose of this MR is to wrap the parameters property of the SamplesDict class in the pesummary.utils.parameters.Parameters class. cc @philip.relton
Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 7 Mayl 2024 starting at approximately 9am PDT.
