Glob samples when using summarycombine_posteriors
The purpose of this MR is to allow the user to pass 'posterior_samples*.dat' when using the summarycombine_posteriors executable.

Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 7 Mayl 2024 starting at approximately 9am PDT.
