filters submodule of scipy.ndimage is deprecated

Matthew Pitkin requested to merge matthew-pitkin/pesummary:fix_scipy_deprecation_warning into master

In bounded_1d_kde.py it imports gaussian_filter1d from scipy.ndimage.filters , but the filters submodule is now deprecated, so it should just be imported from scipy.ndimage directly.
