Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 22 April 2025 starting at approximately 9am PDT. The purpose of this MR is to fix the compatibility with bilby==1.3.0. It seems that the incompatibility was caused by bilby!1166 (merged).
