This is ready to be merged (subject to passing CI and sign-off from @philip.relton).

I expect the pycbc_inference test to fail since this release does not include !721 (merged).

Why is this?

Because this patch release is only to ensure compatibility with the latest bilby and ligo.em_bright packages for the igwn conda environments. The failing pycbc_inference test does not affect the source code.

Ah okay, I thought this was inducing the pycbc_inference problem. I misunderstood

ohh no sorry. The failing pycbc_inference job has been known for around a month (see #294 (closed)) and was fixed in !721 (merged). I just haven't included !721 (merged) in this release.
