Adding calibration definition to PESummary
The purpose of this MR is to allow PESummary to accept different calibration envelope definitions. This is related to https://github.com/bilby-dev/bilby/pull/47.
Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 29 October 2024 starting at approximately 9am PDT.
