Fix bug with weighted samples

The purpose of this MR is to fix a bug when weighted samples are passed to PESummary. As part of this MR I have also allowed weighted samples to be passed to the _1d_comparison_histogram_plot, _1d_comparison_cdf_plot and triangle_plot functions.
