Use `SimInspiralTD` for plotting FD waveforms in the TD

The purpose of this MR is to switch from using SimInspiralChooseTDWaveform to SimInspiralTD when plotting FD waveforms in TD. This is to ensure that the waveform is appropriately defined at f_low.
