Cast sky coordinates into numpy.ndarray

injection parameter is a list of two pesummary.utils.array.Array which seems not serializable given the error raised AttributeError: 'Array' object has no attribute '__dict__' (not totally sure about the interpretation of the error).

The following MR proposes to explicitly casts the RADec values into default numpy array to avoid any misinterpretation by astropy.SkyCoord.
