Clean configs

Gregorio Carullo requested to merge clean_configs into master

This merge request uniforms all example configs and enforces:

  • Truncation and related options in all cases (including sky position and time fixing);
  • Standard default configurations when missing (phi=0 and ref-amp for Kerr);
  • Fixes the gaussian noise seed to ensure reproducibility.
