Expose all NR-calibration parameters in TEOBPM
The previous MR !30 (merged) only exposed part of the NR-calibration parameter. Here, we add to the NR dictionary the final mass and spin, together with peak quantities, now allowing to externally pass all NR-calibrated parameters.
The changes are minimal. Same tests as in !30 (merged) are similarly passed on this new branch:
