Remove real signal chunk when performing real noise injections

Gregorio Carullo requested to merge remove_signal_chunk_for_injections into injection_from_file

This merge request adds an option for injections in real data, skipping the signal chunk when computing the ACF from the detector noise. Has a small impact on the ACF estimation, but relevant for high-SNR injections. Before this was done manually.

  • Add example of ACF or PSD computation before/after the fix.
