coinc_far will return a message when sky maps do not overlap

Add ZeroDivisonError handling to coinc_far to handle the case where two sky maps do not overlap and therefore the overlap integral is 0. If the overlap integral is 0, return a message to GraceDb instead of the FAR.

Expect to be merged after !33 (merged).
