Add MDC as an option for coinc far; fixes #15

This includes an option to select MDC as an option when calculating the coinc FAR. This enables the changes introduced in ligo-raven 2.0 and and implemented into gwcelery such as emfollow/gwcelery!845 (merged) to work as expected when search=MDC is passed to search.calc_signif_gracedb.
