Decref wrapped_snr_series on append
I haven't tested but it should be a safe change. We found memory leaks on O4-dev in MDC, this should fix a memory leak.
Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 30 April 2024 starting at approximately 9am PDT.
