GStreamer 1.0: Remove xmlCleanupParser and xmlMemoryDump

See discussion in #94 (closed). I've done ~16h runs 5 times (15 nodes total) with no crashes. Due to #95 that only corresponds to about 24h runtime for 013 and 014, and 12h runtime for 019, but it's much better than the rate of segfaults I was getting before.
