Add devshm to data_source conditionals.

Luke Davis requested to merge ldavis__add_devshm_options into gstreamer_python_upgrade

At the moment with devshm missing, 000_registry.txt etc. doesn't get generated which stops monitoring. I'm not sure if we need the other conditionals.
