Remove PAstro changes from Py3 branch.

This change removes all PAstro additions from the Py3 branch.

It should simplify the changes for review, but can be added again as a separate review task in future, if needed.

I've built and done a short run with Warp Reduce, and it produces identical results to an old Py3 run.
