Add KAGRA to pipeline

Luke Davis requested to merge ldavis/KAGRA into spiir-O4-EW-development

Most changes are for files outside of the main pipeline that I have not run, but where I predict will need a change to allow for KAGRA integration. I have also included # KAGRA comments for where the change is less obvious but will need to be considered if ever intending to be run with KAGRA.

This merge request implements #30 (closed).
