Added python3 subports for nds2-client
This commit adds subports for python3.{456} for the nds2-client port. I tested this on macOS High Sierra (10.13.1) for the py35-nds2-client port, with no problems.
I have not incremented the revision value in the Portfile, mainly because this change doesn't modify the code installed (or dependencies etc), but someone with more Macports experience should comment on whether this should in fact be changed.
