some overhauls to BayesWavePost.c to make sure we always use maximum number of BayesWave samples, regardless of LALInference.  Also corrects Fx.

Some more heavy duty changes to Post.c to reduce memory and file system footprint.  We no longer compute moments for the plus/cross waveforms and only output foot print.  No longer computing moments for plus and cross, and only writing out the plus polarisation, since other previous changes (should) ensure the plus and cross really are the inrinsic quantities now

finished energy calculations.  note that hinjPlus is actually unset, it would be great to get this from lalinference

spectral energy densities complete and we now have a --lite-dump flag so which obviates bayeswave_post_lite.  Also eliminated all geocentric and network files (which were empty) and tidied to code a bit.  Final thing to do: integrate the SEDs for a total Egw.

Several steps closer to accurate SEDs: now takes in distance samples or a pinned value for distance.  Need to understand why we get different SEDs for H1 / L1 (i.e., why're the antenna factors playing a role?

Added UNNORMALISED SEDs (i.e., no numerical factor, just f^2*H(f)^2 to bayeswave_post.  Also removed fpeak stuff from _post since it lives in _peaks, and suppressed some annoying warnings
