clean up params files

Katerina Chatziioannou requested to merge katerina.chatziioannou/bayeswave:BW+QuickCBC into BW+QuickCBC

This renames the cbc params output file to follow the general convention of model/params files. I also cleaned up what parameters are being printed out and in what format.
