Adding cbc functionality to BayesWavePost

Added some functionality to BWPost, if given the --GlitchCBC flag it will now make

  • cbc_median_tf_[IFO].dat
  • cbc_median_time_domain_waveform_[IFO].dat
  • fourier_domain_cbc_median_residual_[IFO].dat
  • cbc_median_PSD_[IFO].dat
  • cbc_median_PSD_forLI_[IFO].dat
  • cbc_median_frequency_domain_waveform_spectrum_[IFO].dat
  • cbc_median_frequency_domain_waveform_[IFO].dat

Added a function to BayesWaveIO parse_cbc_parameters_chain_model that reads in CBC parameters from a chain file formatted by print_cbc_chain_model

Fixed small source / detector frame typo in print_cbc_chain_model
