When checkpointing is on, (`e.g. --checkpoint`) this command modifies
how often bayeswave will be checkpointed.

Fix for segfault when accesing out of bounds freqData in BayesLineSetup, \n Now BayesLineParams->data->fmax agrees with Data->fmax

-Removed omp_get_max_threads which can break on large clusters with many threads.
-OpenMP now explicit with private and shared members
