Set max in setting to 75 from previous default of 10.
Current default is 20, if not specified in settings.py

Put labels earlier in parsing rule so cWB_r isn't mistaken for CWB.

This Fixes a bug in guided query where submitter pulldown option did not work.

Any file named "user.log" uploaded for an event will be displayed in the event detail.
Neighbors in on the event detail page show more detail.

Did not put correct info into "oldsearch" context.  "oldsearch" is a sad mess.

Needs yet to be integrated into web site.
