Added spin paramters to SingleInspiral object and spin1z and spin2z to the coinc inspiral event display.

and was originally motivated by problems with the presentation of the EMBB.
At a basic level, the page obtains information about the Event log messages
and EMBB logs via AJAX calls to the server. This information is fed into
dgrid tables. Extensive use is made of the 'put-selector' to create DOM
elements. This approach eliminates the need for JavaScript code and django
template loops that build HTML. As not all of the features are correct in
Linux browsers (Konqueror, Iceweasel) more work needs to be done.

Changed url for obtaining EEL list to post to skymap viewer. Only one JSON representation of the EEL list is provided by GraceDB, and that is the one in the API.

Fixed various problems with reports page that I forgot to update after the Group/Pipeline/Search related changes. Actually, these had not been updated much since ER1, apparently.

Added user_is_internal to template context, so as to avoid showing links in nav bar to pages which are inaccessible

Added context processor for login URL, added login URL to base template, added embedded discovery service page.

Updated RSS feed templates/logic for pipeline instead of analysis type. Still doesn't work. Somehow seems to depend on obsolete sites framework.

fixed templates so as not to invoke get_analysisType_display. I'm not sure if other aspects of the templates will still need fixing.

Changed event view template selector. Also reduced number of event detail sub-templates to 3. The extra ones were not necessary.

Removed 'Alpha' from the GraceDB homepage. Also added service provider privacy and info pages, which are required for federation with InCommon.
