Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 30 April 2024 starting at approximately 9am PDT. This will overhaul the installation such that Gravelamps can be built into a wheel for PyPi publishing. This will also form the basis of creating a conda-forge installation. Once merged, Gravelamps will be considered at version 2.3
