Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 30 April 2024 starting at approximately 9am PDT. Changes:

Instructions on how to get gravelamps up and running on cluster
Added an example test injection dynesty_test.ini which @mick.wright gave me. It seems to run OK with my local clone of the igwn-py39 environment (although I note that the run hasn't finished yet).
