Added COPYING file to RPMs

Duncan Macleod requested to merge duncanmmacleod/nds2-client:rpm-license into master

This merge modifies the rpm spec files to include the license file in the distribution; this is required under the GPL terms (I think).

This probably requires #61 (closed) to be fixed before the swig rpm will build from a tarball (since the tarball doesn't yet include the license file).
