Generate log directories automatically upon DAG generation
Also add deprecation warning for DAG.create_log_dir as this is not needed anymore with this new feature. Keep it around for backwards compatibility for the near future.
Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 30 April 2024 starting at approximately 9am PDT.
